Sparkle Team is pleased to accept: Cash, Cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E-transfer, and Paypal.
Please Note: All new clients are required to provide a valid credit card for security purposes prior to service commencement.
Please Note: Cash and Cheques must be in a sealed envelope, provided by Sparkle Team. Payment must be settled on the same day of service. Late fees of $15 will apply for missed payments. Returned cheque fee is $25.
As a courtesy, please notify Sparkle Team of any impending cancellation, schedule change request or additional task requests at least 48 hours prior to scheduled day of service. Upon failure to provide this notice or if we are unable to access your home a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For your convenience, you may make your request online at www.sparkleteam.ca, or you may contact the office directly at 604-459-8888 or cell at 604-786-3466. Please make requests directly to The Sparkle Team as our employees are not authorized to make service changes.
If for some reason, you wish to terminate your regular service with Sparkle Team, please do so in writing. This may be emailed to email@example.com.
